I was a big reader--that's what I did. I just read
all the time. I learned to read before I went to
kindergarten, so that was sort of a problem.
I started off in a big public school, and I was
probably a pain in the ass because I was bored.
I loved to read, but my early years in school
weren't that great because of it.
I read anything I could get my hands on. I didn't
know there was such a thing as good books, so I read
all the children's classics. As I got older I would
read these big crappy novels--I didn't care . . . I
would just read anything. I would read the back of
a cereal box, it didn't matter.
